New Target Circle Policies

Have you heard the news about Target? Well if you haven’t, let me tell you all about it.

Starting this past week, Target has implemented a bunch of new policies. Some, I just know you will absolutely love. Some…. well… the jury is still out.

Let me hit you with the good news first. Coupons can now be used both in-store AND online! That means any curbside or shipping order, manufacturers coupons will apply as well as Target Circle promotions and coupons. Let me hit you with some MORE good news. These coupons will begin to automatically apply, meaning even if you don’t have them clipped in your target circle app, you’re still going to get the deal.

It seems like Target is really pushing to be a premier discount and deals shopping location, don’t you think?

Alright… I mentioned there are some things to the new policies that you may not like. Target is now only allowing 10 items or less in the self-check out lanes. AND on top of this, those lanes are only open at certain times of the day, depending on the store. I know this is a huge change for a lot of people, and from most people I’ve talked with, it does not seem like a positive reaction. But I guess we will get used to it the same way we all got used to self-checkout back in the day.

All in all, it seems like the majority of these changes are being hit with very positive feedback. If you’d like to read more about more changes Target is making (I didn’t include them all in here… just the highlights), check out this Target article.
